Midpoint Reminders is an optional service for any Navigator meeting. With Reminders enabled under the Action Item Tracking Automation, Navigator sends a notification at the midpoint between meetings to remind each person of her open action items.
This is an effective way to automate support and follow through.
How it Works
Follow these steps to turn Reminders on for your next meeting:
- Open the left sidebar, then select the meeting you want to edit
- Click the "..." button atop the agenda
- Click Automations > Action Item Tracking
- Toggle Action Item Tracking ON in the top row, then toggle Midpoint reminders ON
Once this is turned ON at the meeting level, you can edit the setting for each user in the meeting.
Note: Only the organizer can edit this setting.
