Security and privacy is of utmost importance to us. Your data is the property of your team and no one else, and we take extensive measures to protect it.

Where is Navigator data stored?

Navigator data is hosted in Amazon Web Services (AWS) data centers in the USA. Data is replicated across multiple availability zones.

How do you secure your production infrastructure?

We take extensive measures to secure our production environment. Encryption is used wherever appropriate. For example, all data is securely transmitted via ssl encryption, and all clients are forced to be https. All databases are encrypted at rest. Production infrastructure is automatically configured and managed to ensure consistent application of security policies and consistent change management. All production environment access requires 2FA and multiple layers of key-based auth.

How do you secure your corporate machines and network?

We take many precautions to protect corporate IT. For example, all devices are under fleet management (mdm, remote wipe, etc.). All corporate tools require two-factor authentication. Our corporate network is isolated from guest access using WPA2 and IPS/IDS.

Is Navigator compliant with GDPR?

Navigator is fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"). A Data Processing Agreement is available as part of our Terms of Service.
