Each Navigator user has a system wide profile that they own and maintain. This profile may contain multiple email addresses, and those addresses may be associated with organizations whose data is managed by an organization administrator. Access to organizations and organization data is controlled entirely by organization administers—they have the ability to remove members from an organization.
Users are granted access to view meeting agendas for meetings where they were active members of the meeting calendar event at the time of the meeting. Data permissions are presently mapped with the calendar event.
Administrators of an organization have access to view the existence of all meetings on that organization, but they may only view the agenda data of meetings that they are members of.
